Property rentals are not something new for Nancy, who is a licensed Realtor.  Nancy and her husband, Matt, owned Mountain Side Vacation Rentals, renting properties at and around Boyne Mountain.  After selling this business, Nancy and Pat talked about working together on a rental arm of Pat O’brien Real Estate.  Timber North Vacation Management, was created and now manages rental properties from Boyne City through Lake Charlevoix to East Jordan and Boyne Falls.  Nancy is now a cog in the works of the Pat O’Brien team assisting agents whenever any aspect evolves regarding rental needs and properties.

Nancy has been involved in marketing and advertising since she received degrees in these disciplines from Indiana University.  As a Boyne City resident, she is committed to giving back to the community.  Nancy is involved in many Boyne Area events and causes and is on the board of directors of the Good Neighbors Food Pantry of Boyne City. 

Her love of the area helps her find just the right property for her guest’s needs.  Most importantly to those whose properties she rents, Nancy treats each property as if it were her own and gives careful consideration to each detail and to all aspects of renting before, during and after a rental. 

You can find Nancy skiing, boating, walking her Golden, and taking care of properties.  Very hands on, she partners with each owner to bring the best out in their properties and help them reach their rental goals.  Oh, and she really like trilliums…they are everywhere in Boyne City in the Spring.
