This nearly 13 acre parcel rests on both sides of Cedar Lake Road on the north end of Cedar Lake. There are roughly 7.5 acres on the west and 5.5 acres on the east side of Cedar Lake Road. There is both high ground and some wet land on each side of the road. The high ground on each side is nicely wooded but with some open area. The eastern parcel has 245 feet of Cedar Lake frontage but with limited accessibility to the lake without the clearing of underbrush. There is a 20x14 block structure on the lakeside but without any utilities which has not been used for quite some time.
