Bay Harbor Yacht Club requires a one time joining contribution of $45,000; $6,850 annual operations dues; $1,000 annual capital dues and $1,000 food, beverage and merchandise minimum annual spend. There are also HOA Dues which are $1,484 per year and will increase by 10% in 2024.
