Charlevoix, the Beautiful
Pronounced “Shar-la-voy”, this charming small town is home to around 2,500 full-time residents, and a beloved destination for many visitors in the summer—when Charlevoix's streets are alive with families and friends, shopping, dining and sightseeing. Charlevoix is located on the shores of Lake Michigan and Round Lake, an extension of Lake Charlevoix that flows into Lake Michigan via the Pine River Channel. Charlevoix's storied past is on display throughout the year at the Charlevoix Historical Museum, also known as the Harsha House. It is home to an outstanding marina, the famous Charlevoix Bridge, and home to the renowned architecture of Earl Young.
Team O'Brien Charlevoix Office
Since 2005, Pat's real estate team in Boyne City has built a strong reputation on trusted client relationships, and in 2015, Pat expanded his Northern Michigan real estate services by opening a second office in downtown Charlevoix to better serve Charlevoix County residents. The Charlevoix office is located at 701 Bridge Street, just south of downtown Charlevoix. With several real estate agents, the Charlevoix office continues to grow, and serve the community by giving back a percentage of quarterly profits to local nonprofits and charities such as the Charlevoix Food Pantry, Charlevoix Historical Society and the Charlevoix County Community Foundation.
