Giving Back

One thing we know from real estate is that people are never just buying a home. For every home, there's a whole community surrounding it. In 2010, a real estate agent suggested we donate 1% of the sum of our commissions. Since then, Team O'Brien has collectively chosen a local nonprofit to support each quarter of the year. So far, we have donated a minimum of $10,000 each year, and nearly $300,000 to date. Along the way, we have donated to more than 85 organizations and families in need.
