Raised with a lakefront summer cottage in Gaylord, Dani knows how an old log home produces memories shared by generations of family. Elk Rapids, Charlevoix, Boyne, and Gaylord — she has called these places home, and she's familiar with the wonderful personalities of many small towns across Northern Michigan. Her experience owning a 1900s historic home in Elk Rapids and breathing new life into a Boyne fixer upper, has taught her valuable skills about home ownership, maintenance and what it takes to enhance a property's resale value based on the current market.
