Davis LaBelle is an Associate Broker and REALTOR® with Pat O’Brien & Associates Real Estate who specializes in Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan waterfront property in Northern Michigan. He graduated from high school in Charlevoix. Since returning to Northern Michigan full time in 2023, Davis has closed more than $50 million in sales volume. That includes more than $7 million in transactions on Lake Charlevoix. He also represented the buyer in a $12 million, three-property Lake Michigan waterfront purchase in Bay Harbor.
