Meet Spencer

Spencer Bryan's real estate career began with property management in his hometown, Charlevoix. Spencer is a licensed REALTOR®, rooted in the local community. He is an active member of the Fire Department and the Charlevoix County Dive & Rescue Team. He currently manages twenty residential rentals in the Charlevoix area, and is working to expand his services to assist home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
 
Spencer enjoys spending time at Mt. McSauba Recreational Area where he helped start the Charlevoix Disc Golf Club. He graduated from Charlevoix High School and attended Grand Valley College. Winter hikes at McSauba, cruising Lake Charlevoix and hitting the local beach are a few Bryan family favorites.
