About Steve Andreae

As a 40-year veteran in real estate, Steve’s enthusiasm for his profession hasn’t diminished. He loves working with friends and families whether buying their first home or finding that perfect second home in Charlevoix or on the various waterways of Northern Michigan. Steve is patient, he listens, and takes great pride in helping families through the home buying process. Meeting new people, making new friends and sharing experiences fuels his passion.

 

Steve can often be found floating on one of the north’s blue ribbon trout streams with fly rod in hand or fall bird hunting with his pointer, Ginger. Being immersed in nature is what makes life up north so special.

 

Over the years, Steve has been involved in various leadership positions in the community whether through the Chamber of Commerce, United Way or his local board of REALTORS®. Giving back is a priority. Steve has reported that his greatest success in life remains a loving, close-knit family. He and his wife Meg of 42 years enjoy meeting up with kids and grandkids to explore new places and boating on Lake Charlevoix.
