Erin O’Donnell has dedicated eight years to helping clients buy and sell property. With loyalty, professionalism and enthusiasm, she continually strives to make your purchase, sale or relocation a pleasurable and stress-free experience. Your real estate goals are Erin's first priority.
Before moving to Michigan in 2016, Erin had a twenty-year career in political campaign fundraising. She founded a boutique fundraising and event planning firm in Ohio to work with statewide elected officials running for office. Her clients included the Ohio governors, the auditor of state, attorney general, members of congress and the Ohio Supreme Court. She received her bachelors degree at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1996 while serving as student body president.
As a full-time Charlevoix resident, Erin enjoys community engagement through serving as president of the Charlevoix Lions Club, membership in the Charlevoix Chamber of Commerce, Charlevoix Garden Club, Lake Charlevoix Association, and board member of the Lake Charlevoix Association. She and her husband Tim enjoy winter in Charlevoix just as much as summer. They reside near Mt. McSauba with their two dogs, Seamus the alaskan malamute, and Murphy the pug. Erin is the grateful stepmother to Tim’s four adult children: Brenden, Kayla, Elise & Brigit.
"Erin was extremely patient and very positive throughout my buying process. I felt like she had a great grip on the market and was great at advising me and helping me in the purchase of my first house. I cannot recommend her enough!" —Kyle B.
