Additionally, Steve knows how to list a property for its optimal value. He has represented real estate interests from Lake Leelanau all the way to Lake Charlevoix. 

For more than 20 years, Steve Good and his family have called Charlevoix, Michigan home—and with sincere gratitude. Golfing, fishing, skiing, and kayaking are some of the Good Family's favorite ways to enjoy life in Northern Michigan. When he's not working with real estate clients or spending time with family, there's a good chance that you can find Steve on the golf course. Steve worked 25 years in the golf industry, served as a Golf Pro, and is a lifetime PGA member. He has participated in the annual Harbor Cup fundraiser to raise funds for Manna Foods and Little Traverse Bay Humane Society.
